Well folks, it’s that time of the year again! SMTOWN Wonderland Halloween Party! We saw a total of 30 interesting costumes this year, so let’s see which is your favorite 🙂 [The links to the costume will take you to the character’s Wikipedia page]
SHINee’s Onew
Kicking it off with Onew, one of the members that originally started the annual SM Halloween parties, who dressed as one of Batman’s enemies, Penguin.
Super Junior’s Shindong
Shindong went the extra mile with his Younghee costume, including two guards and even a tree.
Super Junior’s Siwon
Siwon went as the iconic superhero: Batman!
Raiden
I wouldn’t look in the sewer if I were you cause DJ Raiden came as Pennywise from the iconic horror movie, IT.
Red Velvet’s Yeri
Yeri went as Chaekyung Shin from Princess Hours. What did we expect? Of course the princess would dress as a princess!
Aespa’s Karina
Karina’s wig is unmistakably the Queen of Hearts from the Tim Burton remake of Alice in Wonderland. She rocked the royal look from her crown to her sceptre.
Aespa’s Giselle
Giselle killed it as Daddy’s Little Monster aka Harley Quinn!
Aespa’s Winter
Looks like Shindong had some competition cause Winter also went as Younghee. Although you must admit that both look amazing!
Aespa’s NingNing
NingNing served with her bold eyeliner and lashes as she came as Black Swan.
NCT’s Taeyong and Jungwoo
Moving into NCT, Taeyong and Jungwoo had an amazing couples’ costume, going as the iconic vampire couple, Bella and Edward from Twilight.
NCT’s Taeil
Look out for Taeil! He came as a boxer and he is ready to punch (that’s a terrible pun. I’m sorry)
NCT’s Johnny
Johnny took advantage of this opportunity to wear a onesie and went as the Coca-Cola Polar Bear.
NCT’s Yuta
Yuta channelled his inner anime boy when he arrived as Kenshin Himura from Rorouni Kenshin.
NCT’s Kun
Kun did his own take on a classic character, Kaonashi (aka No-Face) from Spirited Away. Although his costume is great, we all can admit his awkward photos of him staring ominously into the camera make us laugh.
NCT’s Doyoung
Yuta wasn’t the only male anime character in attendance. Doyoung arrived missing half of his arm dressed up as Shanks from One Piece.
NCT’s Ten
Even though he wasn’t in Korea on Halloween, Ten still stunned us with an extremely committed Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler.
NCT’s Jaehyun
Unrelated to the iconic Twilight, Jaehyun kept it classy with a simple yet intimidating vampire costume.
NCT’s Mark
Mark dressed as Spiderman, causing a Marvel-DC crossover with Siwon!
NCT’s Xiaojun
Xiaojun joined the dark superhero look with his Venom costume!
NCT’s Hendery
Although not as intimidating as the other villians at the party, Hendery dressed in all black and went as Detective Conan’s Killer.
NCT’s Renjun
That’s not a real boy! That’s Renjun dressed as Pinocchio!
NCT’s Jeno and Jaemin
Winter and Shindong weren’t the only ones hopping on the Squid Game trend! Jaemin and Jeno went as the Triangle and Square Masked guards.
NCT’s Haechan
Joining Jaehyun, Haechan also dressed as a non-franchise-associated vampire.
NCT’s Yangyang
The anime trend continues as Yangyang joined the party dressed as Kaneki Ken from Tokyo Ghoul.
NCT’s Shotaro
Complete with a tricycle, Shotaro went as a terrifyingly realistic Jigsaw.
NCT’s Sungchan
Joining Onew in the Batman’s enemies department, Sungchan did it up as the Joker.
NCT’s Chenle
Chenle truly embraced the scary aspect of Halloween by dressing up as The Nun.
NCT’s Jisung
Ending it off with NCT’s maknae, Jisung, who went as the famous Korean soccer player, Son Heung Min!
