RoaD-B (로드비), formerly known as BXK (비엑스케이), was a South Korean boy group under Campus Entertainment (previously New Planet Entertainment), consisting of 5 members: Chanseung, Eddy, Teen, Baekhan, and Day. The group was originally formed as BXK at the beginning of 2020 as a 7-member group, made up of Chanseung, Teen, Baekhan, Ben, Sun, and Inu. The group was set to begin Japan promotions in February of that same year, but all schedules were cancelled due to COVID-19. Their debut was initially set for July 2020, but it was postponed, and during that time Ben was replaced by a new member, Eddy. The group eventually debuted on November 2, 2020, with the single album Emergency, and began promotions in both Japan and Korea. On August 17, 2021, Sun and Inu left and it was announced that the group would undergo reorganization with a new member, Day. On January 1, 2022, it was revealed they would be rebranding as RoaD-B. They released their first single under their new name, “Nonstop”, on April 28, 2022. The group went silent on all socials toward the end of 2023, and the group quietly disbanded without official notice.
Group Name Meaning: A combination of the words “Road”, and “Boys”, referring to the members. It carries the meaning that every step they take forward becomes the boys’ own path, and expresses their ambition to open new paths through their music.
