YG Treasure Box: Where Are They Now?
YG Treasure Box (YG 보석함) was a survival show made by YG and broadcasted by JTBC2. The show aired on November 16, 2018 and ended on January 18, 2019 with the total of 10 episodes it consisted of 29 trainees which only 7 will be able to debut in YG new boy group Treasure but later due to immense demands of fans to debut the eliminated contestants, YG Entertainment announced that they would be debuting another group named, MAGNUM with 6 member’s that were eliminated the two groups would be known collectively as TREASURE13. After a while it was decided that Treasure and Magnum would be merged into one group. Treasure.

— On November 8, 2022 he and Takata Mashiho had ended their contracts with the company and have also decided to left the group.
— He opened social media and is posting regularly.
— It was revealed on August 23, 2023 he signed under GF Entertainment as artist and producer.

— He debuted in the show’s final lineup, Treasure.
— On November 8, 2022 he and Bang Yedam had ended their contracts with the company and have also decided to left the group.
— He opened social media and is posting regularly.

— On January 6, 2020, it was revealed that he departed from the group on December 31, 2019 after cancelling his contract with the agency due to differences in musical direction.
— He has been releasing solo music on SoundCloud with the name Ben HA and does not post much on social media.
Eliminated Trainees:
(Final Round) – Lee Byunggon
— He left YG Entertainment and signed under C9 Entertainment with Kim Seunghun.
— He was revealed in a profile video of C9 Entertainment’s first boy group C9BOYZ (now known as CIX) on March 5, 2019.
— He debuted in the boy group CIX on July 23, 2019 with the EP ‘Hello’ Chapter 1. Hello, Stranger under the stage name BX.
(Final Round) – Kim Seunghun
— He left YG Entertainment and signed under C9 Entertainment with Lee Byunggon.
— He was revealed in a profile video of C9 Entertainment’s first boy group C9BOYZ (now known as CIX) on March 5, 2019.
— He debuted in the boy group CIX on July 23, 2019 with the EP ‘Hello’ Chapter 1. Hello, Stranger.
(Episode 9) – Kang Seokhwa
— He left YG Entertainment.
— He participated on Produce X 101 as individual trainee where he was eliminated on episode 8 ranking 35th.
— OUI Entertainment announced on August 20, 2019 that he had signed with them.
— He was part of the company’s first pre-debut group OUI BOYZ.
— He debuted in the group WEi on October 5, 2020 with the mini album IDENTITY : First Sight.
(Episode 9) – Jang Yunseo
— He left YG Entertainment and later signed with Cube Entertainment, but he later left Cube sometime in 2020.
— Not much has been heard from him he appears to have focus on his acting carrer.
(Episode 9) – Terazono Keita
— He left YG Entertainment and signed under Rain Company with Gil Dohwan.
— Rain revealed that he would debut his first boy group called Ciipher which would include both of them in the lineup.
— He debuted in the boy group Ciipher on March 15, 2021 under Rain Company with the mini album I Like You.
— On December 29, 2022, he was introduced as a contestant of Mnet’s survival show Boys Planet as RAIN Company trainee.
— He participated on MNET survival show Boys Planet where he was eliminated on final episode Rank: 12.
— He returned to his group Ciipher and will continue promoting with them.
— He collaborated with PH-1 on his new single that got released on July 5, 2023 called “Metronome“.
— On August 3, 2023, it was officially confirmed that he along with six trainees from Boys Planet would be debuting in a project boy group named BLIT, later the group changed its name to EVNNE on August 9, 2023 due to the potential misinterpretation of the original group name the group will be managed by Jellyfish Entertainment.
— He debuted in group EVNNE on September 19, 2023 with the mini album “Target: Me”.
(Episode 9) – Gil Dohwan
— He left YG Entertainment and signed under Rain Company with Terazono Keita.
— Rain revealed that he would debut his first boy group called Ciipher which would include both of them in the lineup.
— He debuted in the boy group Ciipher on March 15, 2021 under Rain Company with the mini album I Like You.
— On August 9, 2023, Rain Company announced that he, along with other member’s have decided to leave the group.
— He opened social media and is regularly posting.
(Episode 9) – Kim Yeongue/Kim Yeonkyu
— He left YG Entertainment.
— It was revealed that he signed under IST Entertainment where he participated in company’s survival show The Origin – A, B, Or What? under changed name Kim Yeonkyu where he ranked 7th place allowing him in debut lineup of the boy group ABO later the group changed name to ATBO on June 3, 2022 cause of the bad meaning behind the original name.
— He debuted in ATBO on July 27, 2022 with the mini album The Beginning : 開花.
(Episode 9) – Kim Jongseob
— He left YG Entertainment and signed under FNC Entertainment.
— FNC revealed that they would debut a new boy group called P1Harmony which included him in the lineup.
— He debuted in P1Harmony on October 28, 2020 with the mini album “DISHARMONY: STAND OUT”.
(Episode 8) – Okamoto Kotaro
— He left YG and debuted in co-ed J-pop group Diavo on November 5, 2020 with title “Higher“.
— He held his first live on July 30, 2020, but after that has been inactive with the group ever since.
—He is also a soloist in Japan and has released his first single “You” on May 31, 2021 and has been promoting as a soloist ever since.
— He regularly posts on social media.
(Episode 8) – Kim Sungyeon
— He left YG Entertainment.
— He participated on MNET survival show “Produce X 101” as individual trainee where he was eliminated on Episode 8 ranking 45th.
— He regularly post’s on social media and later signed under VERYGOODS.
— On December 23, 2021, he made his solo debut with the first digital single “Mint“.
(Episode 8) – Lee Inhong
— It was revealed he left YG Entertainment and signed under C-JeS Entertainment.
— On March 16, 2022 he was revealed as part of the lineup for company’s new boy group M.I.C (Made in CJeS) on group’s Instagram.
(Episode 8) – Jung Junhyuk
— He still appears to be in Canada and sometimes posts his freestyle raps on his YouTube channel called JUN and on his SoundCloud and sometimes post on his Instagram.
(Episode 8) – Yun Siyun
— He left YG Entertainment and sometimes in July, 2019, he joined WM Entertainment and became a member of their trainee group. Sometime in 2022, he left WM Entertainment and their trainee group WM Ggumnamu.
— He appears to have signed under FNC Entertainment as a trainee.
(Episode 7) – Wan Jyunjao
— He and Hidaka Mahiro participated in the MNET survival show “Produce X 101” as YG trainees, but he was eliminated in episode 8 ranking 58th.
— He left YG Entertainment with Hidaka Mahiro and they both later signed on September 10t, 2019 under OUI Entertainment.
— On January 3rd 2020 it was announced that OUI had terminated their contract due to OUI Ent. not being able to support foreigner trainees financially.
— He and Mahiro Hidaka later both signed under Japanese label Dream Passport.
— He was announced to debut in their new boy group called BUGVEL on October 20, 2021.
— They released a pre-debut song called “WARNING” on October 27, 2021. He officially debuted in J-Pop boy group BUGVEL on March 30, 2022 under the stage name Guno with the title “Bad Guy“.
(Episode 6) – Hidaka Mahiro
— He and Wang Jyunjao participated in MNET survival show “Produce X 101” as YG trainees, but he was eliminated in episode 8 ranking 49th.
— He left YG Entertainment with Wang Junhao and they both later signed on September 10t, 2019 under OUI Entertainment.
— On January 3rd 2020 it was announced that OUI had terminated their contract due to OUI Ent. not being able to support foreigner trainees financially.

— He left the team and YG Entertainment because he felt too much pressure about being a trainee (Ep. 3).
— He signed under APP.Y Entertainment where he participated in MNET survival show “Produce X 101” as APP.Y trainee but was eliminated in Episode 8 ranking 37th.
— He released a pre-debut collaboration song called “Hello Christmas“.
— He later left APP.Y Entertainment and signed under D-Nation Entertainment.
— He confirmed that he left D-Nation on his IG live and he said he’d live as a normal person.
— He enlisted in August 2021 and is expected to be discharged sometime in February of 2023.
