Peak Time Profile (Survival Show) Profile and Facts
Peak Time (피크타임) was a South Korean survival show produced by SLL, Studio Jam and Azing. The show aired every Wednesday at 10:30 PM KST, starting from its premiere on February 15, 2023. 24 groups competed for the chance to be crowned champion. VANNER were announced as the overall winners.
Show Premise:
Peak Time aimed to provide opportunities to boy groups that had been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic, been on long hiatuses, faced multiple line-up changes, disbanded, recently debuted and needed a popularity boost or who simply wanted to showcase their talents to the rest of the world. Each participating group was allocated an hour of the day so as to remain anonymous and to provide a more even playing field. Skilled producers, performers and visual directors assisted participating teams who received training from world-class experts. The winner received a prize of 300 million won, a global showcase and an album release.
