Synopsis:
Tak Dong Kyung (Park Bo Young) is an editor at Life Story, a novel company that she’s been employed to for six years. Prior to the first episode, it’s found out that she has glioblastoma (brain cancer) with a short life expectancy. Annoyed with what she deems her “unlucky life”, she wishes an end to her misery, unintentionally catching the attention of Myul Mang (Seo In Guk) – also known as doom (grim reaper). He appears in her ordinary life and reveals himself as ‘doom’ and says he can grant her wishes. Dong Kyung makes a deal for a 100-day contract to live the next one hundred days she has left to do what she wants, risking her everything. Myul Mang is given the name ‘Sa Ram’ (person in Korean) from Dong Kyung so he blends in. He quickly finds himself falling in love with Dong Kyung, something a doom isn’t allowed to do. A second story involves a fierce love triangle between Dong Kyung’s best friend and Life Story employee, Na Ji Na (Shin Do Hyun), the team leader of Life Story, Cha Joo Ik (Lee Soo Hyuk) and Joo Ik’s adoptive brother, Lee Hyun Kyu (Kang Tae Oh) who also happens to be Ji Na’s ex-boyfriend who still loves her.
