Off the Cuff (OTC) was a pre-debut South Korean boy group under Purple Entertainment, which consisted of five members: Peter, Insoo, Leo, Rowoon and Yoo One. They were originally a project group created by a YouTuber Big Marvel, consisting of 9 models, YouTubers, Instagram influencers, buskers, and trainees. The original line-up that was announced on October 6, 2019 was supposed to be Big Marvel, Insoo, Kang Leo, Swey, Rown, Yoo One, Seryun, Renya, and Gunho, but the final formation was announced on November 20, 2019. They released their first single titled “Going Out” on April 23, 2020, but according to Peter, it wasn’t their debut song. Their debut date was set to be around July or August 2020, but the group disbanded on April 9, 2021, with an official statement made through the company’s Instagram account.
