– Born in Seoul but grew up in Wansan, Jeonju, South Korea.
– She had a cameo in tvN’s drama “Twenty Again” (2015).
– Yeji has an older sister born in 1998.
– She became a JYP Entertainment trainee in 2016.
– Back in 2017, she appeared on the first episode of survival show “Stray Kids“.
– In 2018, she was a contestant of SBS’ reality competition television series “The Fan” but was eliminated in the fifth episode. During her time on the show she was called “JYP’s Secret Weapon” by 2PM‘s Junho.
