Extreme Debut: Wild Idol: Where Are They Now?
Extreme Debut Wild Idol (극한데뷔 야생돌, lit. Extreme Debut: Wild Idol) was a survival show aired on MBC presented by Kim Jongkook. Show aired September 17th 2021 the consisting of 45 contestants and had outdoor variety and competition to not only showcase their singing, rapping and dancing skills but also their mental and physical strength. Outta 45 contestant’s only 16 are able to go to the next round and they will need to compete for the 7 spot debut final line-up.
The final lineup was announced on December 16, 2021 and project group name would be called TAN and managed by Think Entertainment with 2.5 year contract, after finishing the 2.5 year contract, group has not disbanded and the members hope to reunite in the future, meanwhile they will pursue individual activities with their respective companies and enlist in the military.

— He enlisted in the millitary on December 12, 2022 and got discharged on June 11, 2024.
— On October 15, 2024, he was officially introduced as a contestant of SBS survial show Universe League.
(Final Round) – Noh Yoonho
— He returned to his group VAV, and will continue to promote with them.
— On February 29, 2024, it was announced that A team Entertainment and VAV mutually agreed to terminate their exclusive contracts, he still remains with the group and regularly post’s on social media.
(Final Round) – Park Gunwook
— He returned to Jellyfish Entertainment and continued training.
— On December 29, 2022, he was introduced as a contestant of Mnet’s survival show Boys Planet as Jellyfish Entertainment trainee.
— He participated in MNET survival show Boys Planet where in the final’s he ranked 5th making him a member of project group ZEROBASEONE under WAKEONE.
— He debuted in the project boy group ZEROBASEONE on July 10, 2023 with the mini album Youth in the Shade.
(Final Round) – Park Jueon
— He was originally eliminated in Episode 3 but later it was announced that 1 additional member can go with 14 winning participant’s so all of participant’s voted who will go in the next round and 2 participant’s were tied so both him and Yoon Jaechan got into next round and they were 16.
— He in 2022, left CLIMIX and the group since his Climix account was deleted and he created a new account with “food shop” in his bio hinting he has a new job and in addition, he had fully let go of his dream of becoming an idol.
— He regularly post’s on social media.
(Final Round) – Yoon Junhyeop
— He still work’s as a model under ESteem.
— He post’s regularly on his social media.
— He is currently a contestant on “Mr. Trot 2“.
— He was participating in the new Netflix competition show ‘Physical 100’ but he was eliminated in the first challenge.
— He released his first solo album called “Caffeine Girl” on October 7, 2023.
(Final Round) – Lee Jaeeok
— He returned to his label ONE COOL JACSO Entertainment where he posted some cover’s later not much has been heard from him and he has not been posting on his Instagram.
— The company was preparing to debut their first boy group called OCJ Newbies as a pre-debut name however he was not in pictures of the lineup.
(Final Round) – Jeong Hyeonwoo
— He returned being a model under YG KPLUS.
— He posts regularly on his social media.
Eliminated Episode 10 & 7:
(Episode 10) – Kwon Hyeongseok
— He returned to Will Entertainment and is still working as actor.
— He post’s regularly on social media.
(Episode 7) – Yoon Jaechan
— He was originally eliminated in Episode 3 but later it was announced that 1 additional member can go with 14 winning participant’s so all of participant’s voted who will go in the next round and 2 participant’s were tied so both him and Park Jueon got into next round.
— He returned to his duo group XRO and it will promote there.
— The group disbanded on April 12, 2022 and he will continue his acting career under MAJOR9.
— He appeared on in a fictional group for a tv show HBO Max called ACT in 2023.
Eliminated Episode 3:
(Episode 3) – Heo Seungmin
— He returned to his label J-FLO Entertainment and is continuing training there.
— Nothing has been heard from him since the show.
(Episode 3) – Jang Joona
— He has Instagram and regularly post’s there and has Sound Cloud where he post’s his self written cover song’s under the name CHVNGing.
— He auditioned for Mnet’s Be Mbitious but didn’t become a contestant.
(Episode 3) – Ahn Yeongkwang
— He returned to his group VANNER, and will continue to promote with them.
— On May 4, 2023 it has been announced that KLAP Entertainment has signed a three-year contract with VANNER for winning survival show PEAK TIME.
— He is still promoting with the group.
(Episode 3) – Kim Kangmin
— He returned to his group TRCNG and will continue promoting with them.
— His contract with TS Entertainment expired on February 28, 2022 and he left TRCNG they later disbanded on March 28, 2022.
— On April 11, 2022 it was announced he signed under APR Entertainment (now Wolfburn) and will debut in their new boy group with his other TRCNG member’s called APR PROJECT as pre-debut name the group is still releasing member’s and is scheduled to debut they released pre-debut song called “(11:59)” on June 6, 2022 he changed his name to Ha Min.
— He debuted in boy group BXB on January 30, 2023 with mini album “Flight and A New Beginning”.

— On September 5, 2023, it was revealed by FNC Entertainment that they plan to debut a new boy group where he was confirmed later on September 26, 2023 to be in the lineup with Choi Jiho, later the group name got revealed called AMPERS&ONE.
