My Teenage Girl: Where Are They Now? (Grade-4 Edition)
After School Excitement or “My Teenage Girl” (방과후 설렘; lit. Excitement After School) was a survival show aired on MBC presented by Yoon Kyung-sang. The show consisted of 83 contestants split into 4 different groups based on their age there was:
Grade 4- 22 participants
Grade 3- 20 participants
Grade 2- 23 participants
Grade 1- 18 participants.
The show premiered on November 28, 2021.
The final lineup would consist of 7 members the final group was announced on February 27, 2022.
From Grade-4, only 3 made in the final lineup, CLASS:y, it’s been 1 years since the show ended where’s everyone now?
Rank-1 (Debut) – Myung Hyungseo
— She debuted in the show’s final lineup CLASS:y.
Rank-2 (Debut) – Hong Hyeju
— She debuted in the show’s final lineup CLASS:y.
Rank-3 (Debut) – Yoon Chaewon
— She debuted in the show’s final lineup CLASS:y.
Rank-4 (Final Round) – Kim Yooyeon
— She was originally eliminated in Round 1/Entrance Test but was brought back from mentor Soyeon to add an even number of 16 contestants on each grade. Grade 3 had the most participants that passed (16) so they evened out the numbers from them.
— She opened her social media accounts and was regularly posting.
— She signed under MOD HAUS where she was scheduled to debut in company’s first girl group tripleS with Lee Jiwoo from Grade-3. She was revealed in a teaser video as a new member on July 11, 2022.
— On September 25, 2022 it was announced that she is placed in group’s first sub-unit Acid Angel from Asia.
— She debuted in the group’s first unit Acid Angel from Asia on October 28st, 2022 with the mini album, “ACCESS”.
— She debuted in tripleS on February 13, 2023 with the mini album “Assemble”.
— On April 25, 2023, it was announced that she along with Lee Jiwoo from Grade-3 has been placed in EVOLution, that made their debut on October 4, 2023 with the mini album EVOLution <⟡>.
Rank-5 (Final Round) – Lee Mihee
— She returned to her group Botopass on August 17, 2022 later WKS Entertainment announced that group had disbanded on August 25, 2022 and also that she renewed her contract with her label.
— She opened social media and is regularly posting.
Rank-6 (Round 6) – Kim Inhye
— She sometimes posted on her social media but later went silent her last post was on December (2022).
Rank-7 (Round 6) – Kim Hari
— She regularly posts on her social media.
Rank-8 (Round 5) – Song Yerim
— She was originally eliminated in Round 1/Entrance Test but was brought back from mentor Soyeon to add an even number of 16 contestants on each grade. Grade 3 had the most participants that passed (16) so they evened out the numbers from them.
— She posts regularly on her social media.
Rank-9 (Round 4) – Lee Yumin
— She opened her social media and is regularly posting.
— She signed under Leaders Entertainment to pursue her career as a model.
Rank-10 (Round 3) – Kim Dasom
— She was confirmed unrevealed member of tripleS but has recently opened her social media and has confirmed that she is no longer part of the group’s lineup she regularly post on social media.
Rank-11 (Round 2 – MidPoint Check) – Jo Yujeong
— She was originally eliminated in Round 1/Entrance Test but was brought back from mentor Soyeon to add an even number of 16 contestants on each grade. Grade 3 had the most participants that passed (16) so they evened out the numbers from them.
— She regularly posts on her social media and seems to work as a model.
— She was participating on AfreecaTV survival show “UPTOYOU” but was eliminated on last episode Rank:16th.
Rank-12 (Round 2 – MidPoint Check) – Choe Sumin
— She regularly posts on her social media.
Rank-13 (Round 2 – MidPoint Check) – Lee Hayoung
— She regularly posts on her social media.
Rank-14 (Round 2 – MidPoint Check) – Kang Minji
— She regularly posts on her social media.
Rank-15 (Round 2 – MidPoint Check) – Go Taheui
— She regularly posts on her social media.
— She is joined Kiana Entertainment and works as an actress.
Rank-16 (Round 2 – MidPoint Check) – Jeon Youeun
— She regularly posts on her social media.
Rank-17 (Round 1/Entrance Test) – Kim Suyeon
— She was posting on her social media but later deleted her Instagram, so it’s unknown what she’s up to now.
Rank-18 (Round 1/Entrance Test) – Bang Sunhee
— She returned to her group GIRLKIND and continued to promote with them until their disbandment on August 13, 2022 due to internal issues that made it hard to maintain group’s activities.
— She recently opened social media and is regularly posting.
Rank-19 (Round 1/Entrance Test) – Lee Subin
— She posts regularly on her social media.
— She is still a model under YG KPLUS.
Rank-20 (Round 1/Entrance Test) – Kang Eunwoo
— She regularly posts on her social media.
Rank-21 (Round 1/Entrance Test) – Wei Yi
— She returned to China and post’s regularly on her social media.
— In June 2023, she made her acting debut in China with the release of the historical romantic drama Destined, in which she was cast in the supporting role of Liu Yu Zhao.
Rank-22 (Round 1/Entrance Test) – Zhuang Yihan
— She returned to China and regularly posts on her social media.
