CAP-TEEN: Where Are They Now?
CAP-TEEN (캡틴) was a 2020 a South Korean survival show produced by CJ ENM and broadcast on Mnet. The show included both young male and female trainees between the ages of 11 and 19 who competed to debut as a solo, duo or group.
The first episode aired on November 19, 2020 and the show finalized on January 21, 2021. There were 66 contestants. The winner will be able to debut as global K-pop artist and receive 10 thousand won.
It’s been 2 years since show ended, where are the rest of the contestants?
(Rank-1 Winner) – Song Suwoo/Song Soowoo
— On August 3, 2021, she was officially revealed as an artist under WAKEONE.
— She debuted as a soloist on February 3, 2022 with the title “Love Me or Hate Me”.
— On April 19, 2022, she announced that she has left WAKEONE and signed under NEO Records to continue solo career.

— She debuted as a solo artist on December 3, 2021 with the single “Spotlight“.
— On March 18, 2024 she was revealed as one of the 50 contestants competing on the JTBC survival show Girls On Fire, she finished in the top 32 after being eliminated in the fifth episode during the second round.

— He signed under HOWLING Entertainment, where on November 13, 2023 he was revealed as a member of company’s first boy group WAKER.

— He was announced as a contestant in Channel A co-ed survival show “Stars Awakening/Youth Star” on April 14, 2022 in Idol Category where he and his team won 1st place in Idol Category making him a member of project boy group n.SSign under n.CH Entertainment.
