Twice “What Is Love” Easter Eggs

Twice’s ‘What Is Love’ music video has been receiving a lot of attention since its release on April 9th. It features many movie references that people were quick to catch onto, but I decided to take Twice’s advice from their VLive showcase and look in the background. This is what I noticed.

6:00 was the time the MV was released.

Their reactions to Nayeon’s Princess Diary sequence featuring sleepy Dahyun and Chaeyoung’s dimple.

The Breakfast Club Poster on the Lockers.

Right next to Momo is another poster with October 16, 17, and 18 written on it. What could those dates mean?

The reaction to Jeongyeon and Sana’s Ghost Parody (Specifically Sana and Momo in the back right).

Jihyo and Jeongyeon’s Love Letter scene leaves Momo sad and Nayeon smirking.

Dahyun seemed to be the only one pleased with her and Mina’s La Boum scene. The other girls are in shock.

There appears to be a balloon animal dog sculpture in the back ground.

The stickers on the right say “My body My choice” “Riots” and “More Action.”

The lockers on this side say Momo and Nayeon. The other members’ names are on the other side of the hallway. (I’m sorry that it’s blurry, but it’s clear in the MV). Jihyo, Sana, and Mina also have really good facial expressions here.

The bottom right corner says Na Dub Chaeng. Dub refers to Dahyun nickname of Dubu (tofu). It also says Twice TV so this is a nice little reference moment.
