– In The BLOOD EYES was introduced on April 1, 2021, through dedicated Twitter and Instagram accounts, teasing the arrival of a mysterious visual kei band.
– A teaser for their debut track, “Crazy Lemon,” was shared on April 4, 2021.
– On April 11, 2021, the group’s full visual concept and each member’s stage name were officially revealed. It was confirmed that the members are Jr.EXILE performers Shirahama Alan, Hasegawa Makoto, Kimura Keito, Fujiwara Itsuki, and Hori Natsuki.
