R U Next? (알 유 넥스트?) was a 2023 girl group reality survival show created by HYBE and JTBC. It consisted total of 22 trainees where only 6 would be make it into debut group. The show started airing on June 30, 2023, with a total of 10 episodes. The final lineup was announced on September 1, 2023 with the group name called ILLIT managed under BE:LIFT Lab.
