AST8 (アストエイト) is an upcoming 6-member Japanese project boy group under gmlabels. The members are Keiya, Tento, Ryoma, Sorato, Keita, and Haruki. They were handpicked by fans through a final stage audition public voting system. They were officially formed on February 25, 2026. They are set to debut in July 2026, with the single, “SWAY”.
Group Name Meaning: A Story To ∞, born from the concept of members and fans coming together to weave a story that expands infinitely. Pursuing uncompromising quality across their music, choreography, and performances, AST8 works with world-class creators, primarily from South Korea, to create works and stages with globally recognized expressiveness and polish. Each activity becomes a new chapter in their story, and through every encounter with fans and every show of support, that story continues to grow even further. Toward a future yet unseen, AST8 will continue to write a story filled with infinite possibilities.
