GPP is a 8-member Japanese girl group under SM Entertainment Japan. The members are Mika, Mia, Sara, Momoka, Rinka, Honoka, Luna, and Anami. They debuted on December 16, 2025, with their first single, “Bring it Back”.
Group Name Meaning: The name ‘GPP’ stands for ‘G: Genkai toppa (Breaking Limits)’ and ‘PP: Paper Plane.’ Much like a ‘paper plane’ that, despite many creases (trials), flies powerfully and endlessly far, it embodies their strong determination and challenge to break conventions and soar into the Japanese music scene and the world.
