MADKID (マッドキッド) is a five-member Japanese vocal and dance boy group consisting of You-ta, Lin, KAZUKI, Yuki, and SHIN. Originally formed as J-BOYS-5, the group was renamed MADKID and officially launched on July 20, 2014, making their indie debut under Samuraim Records on May 18, 2014. After early lineup changes, the current formation was completed with SHIN’s addition on February 1, 2017. Featuring three vocalists and two rappers, MADKID made their major-label debut with Nippon Columbia in 2018 and have been managed by Future Notes, an agency established by the members themselves, since 2020.
