Group Name Meaning: FINA is the combination of the phrase “fine as you are” and the word Filipina. The group wants to “celebrate what it means to be Filipina in the modern age” and the beauty of experiencing the culture (Source). Even though the members have different backgrounds, they are standing on stage as Filipinas, showing how diverse Filipinas are.
