misola de edison (ミソラドエジソン) is a 5-member Japanese idol group. The group originally debuted on August 8, 2020, with the concept “Life is an experiment”. However, on May 22, 2021, they redebuted with a new concept, “Experiment Theatre”.
The group currently consists of Yagami Pet, Shimozono Reika, Hisui Daria, Otowa Madoka and Hoshimi Seren.
In 2024, the group signed with IF FACTORY.

On September 30, 2024 it was announced that all members would graduate on November 27, 2024 with Yagami Pet, Shimozono Reika and Otowa Madoka ending their contracts with IF FACTORY and Hisui Daria as well as Hoshimi Seren still being in discussion with the company regarding future activities.

Concept: misola de edison’s concept is “Experiment Theatre”. The members are said to be guides from the parallel world “Misola” (ミソラ). Misola exists on a world line that doesn’t normally intersect with ours, and is a world where music is used to experiment with and explore the “What ifs” of the real world.
