BLACK IRIS (ブラックアイリス) is a 10-member Japanese boy group under VANCIA Entertainment, consisting of Takuya, Go, Hiro, Shohei, Rio, Yuki, Ryuhei, Maki, Sen, and Rayto. They officially debuted on March 22, 2019, but they prefer to celebrate the day they became a group (March 12, 2018). In 2022, they signed with WARNER MUSIC JAPAN.
Background Information: They first debuted as a 11-member group, however they were supposed to debut with only 5 members until Maki and Rayto joined. On August 24, 2020, they added 4 new members; Shohei, Ayumu, Sen, Shion. They added a few more members; Yuki and Ryuhei.
Former Members: Shota left the group in early 2022. Ayumu left the group on January 17, 2022. Nagisa, Shion, & Taizo left the group on December 29, 2023.
