Sobangcha (소방차) was a 3-membered boy-group under Hanbat Planning. They debuted on April 20, 1987 with the album titled ‘Last Night’s Story/Please Tell Her for Me’. After the release of their 5th album in 1996, ‘Sobangcha Forever 96’, their activities came to an end. In 2005, members Lee Sangwon and Kim Taehyung reunited and released a remake album titled ‘Man’s Life’, which also included 4 new songs. The group is considered the first idol dance pop group in South Korea, pioneering on the beginnings of Korean idol music.
