The Sound (더 사운드) is a South Korean pop-punk band consisting of Julian Earl, Eson, YE-ON, and YOHAN. Formed in February 2017, the band was created when Julian was invited to perform at a show and quickly put together a lineup with Eson, YE-ON, and a friend named Kevin. Their debut album, Static Colors, was released on February 9, 2018. YOHAN joined as the drummer in 2019, completing the current lineup. In August 2020, The Sound passed the audition for LOVE CHIPS INTERNATIONAL COMPANY Inc., securing international management under the company.
