Hehehehe so I thought that I’d make this thread not only because I’ve seen the thing parents can say about what you wanna be but also because maybe this’ll help someone find their real dream job if you’ve been accidentally pushing your real dream behind so you can please your parent(s).

I've been thinking about an author, since i like writing and everything to do with language arts. Or maybe a dancer, or a dance teacher, i really like both of those options but then i want to do something with art (like painting for ex.) but im still not sure yet. My mother says i'd be really good author so, im still deciding. Then i still have college. For high school i chose my elective classes as photography and pottery so if i enjoy one of those i could possibly be a photographer

Yeah I think it’s more college then university. I don’t need to worry too much about it right though.

I really want to be a singer, and if that fails I want to pursue a career in music by being a producer/songwriter. I haven't told my parents yet but i hope they support me. the really want me to be either a lawyer or a vet even though that isn't what I want to do.
