What do I do about my constant urge to tell my homophobic family that I support LGBTQ+ in hopes that they disown me?

Spoiler: My other opinion if you care-

Sexualities like Asexual, Pansexual, Omnisexual, etc. are just kind of ignored or forgotten in comparison to gay, lesbian, or bi and it's sad-

I'm asexual but, like, all of their homophobic/transphobic/racist comments from my family make me want to scream "Screw you guys I'm a member of the LGBTQA+ community and trans people are amazing, white people are boring, and my nonexistent significant other is glaring at you right now-"
