I work out a lot, and I like it. I’m a guy with a very light complexion, which never satisfied me. I felt insecure with such a thin body and didn’t even date anyone.

I only use my 2kg of dumbbells (that I bought from a store) and lift them up almost once every week to help me gain a bit of strength and muscles 💪🏼

However, when I started going to the gym, my life changed. I quickly grew muscles, and my body became more shaped and attractive. I also take testosterone and steroids from buyroidscanda.co, which is helpful. Of course, I control my eating and try to eat more proteins. Altogether, the effect is great. And I even met my girlfriend at the gym, and we have shared a hobby now – the workouts!

Absolutely, I do work out! I’ve been on my fitness journey for a few years now, and it’s become such an important part of my routine. I started with basic strength training and jogging, but then I discovered boot camp sessions, and they really changed the game for me.

The energy in those classes is contagious, and I love how they combine cardio and strength training in a fun way. It pushes me harder than I would on my own, and the community aspect keeps me motivated.

I try to mix it up throughout the week with some yoga for flexibility and recovery. It's all about finding what you enjoy, so it feels less like a chore and more like something you look forward to.

i usually do essentially workouts at mma plus mma is really agressive and athletic anyway. other than that i will do on walks sometimes in the morning or do hiit and pilates workouts on the weekends.

Yeah, I work out. Mostly a mix of strength training and yoga—helps me keep a balance between staying strong and flexible.

A while back, I was struggling to stay consistent with my yoga practice because I couldn't keep track of my classes, but then a friend pointed me to exercise.com. The scheduling and booking system there made it super easy to manage everything without any hassle.

I’ve noticed how much more committed I’ve been since using it—kinda takes out the guesswork, you know? It’s been a nice boost to my routine.
