Wow that's so coolI walk nearly an hour every day as well. I'm a 1st dan in karate so I exercise nearly every day to keep my stamina and strength up.
(I've gotten a little lazy in quarantine tho...don't tell anyone )

for my black belt grading I had to do 100 pushups, situps, star jumps and squats in 15 minutes.....not funNo. But I do some basic stretches daily.
Fun Question ~ Anyone ever tried the 100 squats? I did 30 and then couldn't stand up anymore

I think waking it's the best workout... I'm too lazy to do anything elseNo but i need to, but it's so damn hot here....hopefully when it starts to cool down i can try to do some walking
