Since my mental health was really bad. Now it's better. But now I don't really experience emotions anymore and I have to experience more to actually feel like I did before.
I get that. It makes sense that after going thru a hard time ur emotions might feel kinda muted rn. It doesn't mean ur broken it just needs time to feel fully again. Maybe u can try to do things that cheer u up. If u ever wanna vent u can vent to me even if we don't know eachother

I love my friend group, but the drama is getting too much. I love each and every single person to bits, but the group always changes every term because of the drama. And the worst part? No one is trying to fix it. I really don’t want to pick sides and I honestly hate being in the middle of all of this. Sometimes I just wish I wasn’t here at all.

Im sorry ur feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. It makes total sense to feel like that when everything feels like too much for once and ur not weak or dramatic for needing a break. U don't have to have anything figured out for now, n u don't owe anyone energy u don't have. If all u can do is rest, cry or even just exist for a bit its fine. If u ever want to vent u can vent to me even if we don't know each other. Don't overwork urself or overthink anything

School is so stressful, and I think my anxiety is coming back. I’ve been so stressed about school and I haven’t had any time to work on myself at all. Next year I’m signed up for a lot of AP’s and I don’t even know which ones I really wanna do. I was presenting today and shaking and I kept running out of breath. I feel like I’m dying right now. I need a break so bad. I prioritize school so much that I feel like I can’t ever breath properly. What if all of this work and pushing myself doesn’t even work and I’m not able to become a nurse?

my eyesight is getting worse and I know it and there's nothing I can do about it I feel so helpless. I don't have glasses or contacts because they keep pushing back my appointment and I don't tell my teachers so whenever I cant see the board I have to squint my eyes so close together that they literally look like they're closed. my friends clown me for it all the time but I genuinely cant help it. I try to put a distance between me and my devices as far away as I can still see so that my eyesight hopefully gets better but it doesn't work. I'm constantly squinting which means I always have major headaches and I just want to be normal. people have glasses or they don't and yet in the in between who has terrible vision yet no glasses. I've always had bad vision literally since 1st grade and I actually had glasses but in 3rd grade I can't remember I either lost them or someone stole them (probably the latter) and my bio mother was essentially broke at the time and we couldn't afford another pair mind you the only reason I got the first pair was because of some free school doctor meet n greet shi CTFU anyway I rlly js needed to get this off my chest I'm not looking for comfort or anything js a place to put my thoughts out

Im really sorry ur feeling this overwhelmed. that sounds so terrifying especially feeling like u cant breathe and ur anxiety is coming back. anyone would be struggling under dat pressure. u aren't weak for needing a break, after all, u r a human. School has been taking all ur oxygen and that is not sustainble

1 bad presentation or 1 rough yr doesn't decide ur future or whether u will become a nurse or not. So many ppl in healthcare feel exactly like this at SOME point n still got there, even if their paths changed a bit. its ok to slow down, rethink ur APs n take care of urself please. maybe go to a doctor. it wont ruin ur dream

I have lung cancer I go to the hospital ALOT like everyday and I found out my cancer got worse recently. It's hard since my family had already abandoned me I only had my bf and now I found out he's cheating on me again w my old friend.
I have anxiety again now I get a lot of panic attacks sometimess..

I love my friend group, but I can't help but feel overwhelmed by how much drama seems to happen at our gatherings. Like, every time we try to get together, there's always some underlying tension. Whether it's someone feeling left out, disagreements on where to go, or petty arguments breaking out over the smallest issues, it always feels like there's at least one person who ends up upset. It's becoming increasingly frustrating, and I'm starting to wonder if we can ever enjoy our time together without anyone getting upset.
