okay so i think i did this before, but i am gonna update it

"are your tics real? or are you just faking?"
oh my god i literally get this 24/7. so i have medically induced tourettes, including slight coprolalia, which causes me motor and verbal tics. if you don't know what tourettes is, it's basically like a neurological condition that causes uncontrollable movements (motor tics) or sounds/words (verbal tics). it sucks ass and i hate it. i don't understand why people ask if it's fake. like i would literally be so happy to go out in public and not be stared at when i scream out "small dick ***** boy"
