Can we get an Artist Directory for the Jpop Cpop and other pop sections? There's only one for the VKei side

To bring more activity to artist threads, make it so that whoever is the most active in an artist thread when it gets to 50 pages, they get a custom card that no one else can buy. (But that user gets it for free)
And here are yet many more of my suggestions.
- fun events
- username colors, borders, custom titles
- like for like chat
- user of the month
- let users make cards
- taking off the border from cards. i feel like they look weird and can't match with aesthetics like that. and if we take off the border, it'd be easier for users to make badges

So that mods don't have to do that much and so that this forum can be bettered, we should have an Events Team, Card Team (making cards and stuff), Tech Team, and other teams
