Bada: Alright one more question before we move onto our next segment. What was debut album preparation like? Yeona: Honestly it was very stressful. While it was a really amazing experience to finally debut and work on an album as a group, there was a lot of pressure. It was never said, but I think all of us felt we had to do our absolute best due to the groups that came before us. Because the public and the company has such high expectations, we were all very diligent but nervous that we wouldn't live up to the standards. Grace: Agreed. But outside of that it was really surreal. Especially considering one of the songs I wrote was accepted and is now published as Celestia. Yeah it was stressful but all of my dreams were coming true. Byeol: It might just be me, but I didn't feel as anxious. Maybe it's because it didn't feel real yet to me. I thought something like Celestia would never happen to me. So when it did feel real I felt really really happy. I remember laying in bed after recording "Underwater" I couldn't stop smiling. Bada: We also felt a lot of pressure before we debuted, but not in the same way. I remember most of us were nervous that if we didn't make a splash immediately, then we would just fall into obscurity. Then Ever After would have to close due to our lack of success. Luckily the opposite happened, but it was intense for some of us. Yujin: I was kind of in the same boat as Byeol. Previous to being an idol I was a child actress. I never thought in a million years I would be singing and dancing on stage. So I was really amazed at the time that I was about to do that. Even when we were onstage performing "Closer" for the first time, it was like a very vivid dream. It was only until I saw my name printed in an article about our debut that I was like, 'Wow that actually happened!'. Yeona: I guess pressure just occurs in every instance of starting something new, regardless of your standing.

Yujin: Please introduce yourself! Yeongeun: Hey, I'm Yeongeun, LOARA's leader, keyboardist and also the oldest member.
Mina: And I'm Mina, the guitarist and the main vocals of LOARA.
Yeongeun: You forgot to say that your also our maknae. Mina: Well for a change I'm actually not the maknae anymore, now we have
Bada & Yujin sunbaenims to replace me as the maknaes. Bada: *sitting with her eyes closed* Yujin: Bada what are you doing? Bada: If I can’t see it then it’s not true! Yujin: What’s not true? Bada: *opens eyes and throws hands up* That we’re the maknaes again! Yujin: *pans to the camera* You think she would be used to it at this point? Bada: Anyways, Yeongeun unnie, Mina unnie, welcome and I hope you enjoy your time on Unniez! Mina: Dont worry dongsang-nims, youre still our sunbaes so you'll still get the respect you deserve.
Bada: Alright let’s get straight into our first segment…Fictional Idol Story! Yujin: I call it FIS *whispers* Bada: In this segment we will be discussing one of the various topics submitted by our wonderful guests.
*Yujin picks up an envelope and opens it dramatically* Yujin: In this episode we will be discussing, drum roll please….
*Everyone drums their hands on their lap* Yujin: Idol Group vs Idol Band! Bada: We’re going to be comparing what it’s like to be in an idol group like
ENCHANTRESS versus a Idol Band like LOARA. Yujin: I’m glad Xia isn’t here. Bada: How come? Yujin: I think if she heard what it’s like to be in an idol band she would leave us. *dramatically fake sobs* Bada: I-yah you know she would never do that, Xia loves us! Yujin: I don’t know….maybe we should ban her from watching this episode. Bada: You’re so dramatic unnie *rolls eyes*. Yujin: That’s why I’m hereeeeee!
Bada: Let’s get started with the first question. What was it like when LOARA was formed? And was there anything different you noticed compared to idol groups? Yeongeun: Well we actually talk about this quite a lot but the trainee process is a whole different thing in a band compared to the normal idol groups.
Firstly ever since we started training we already knew who was going to debut and in what position, they trained each one of us on a specific instrument so we would be the best of the best on it. Mina: Another big difference is that we actually didn't get any dance classes, but we did get a performing class in which they just taught us how to be as outstanding as possible on the stage. Yeongeun: But Mina is actually quite good at dancing, she also participated in COS: Super Nova with one of your labelmates, Mythos's Jade sunbaenim.
*Mina just blushing* Mina: Can we just not talk about it, I was so happy to finish with this project and come back to my group and my guitar, it was the hardest thing I did while being an idol. Yeongeun: Ok we can move on. Oh wait I actually forgot to mention one big thing, all of us debuted at quite an old age compare to the usual debuting age in the kpop industry, like just take me as an example, I'm actually the oldest idol on the fikpop world. Yujin: Wah I didn't know that! Bada: And a little birdy, aka the production team, told me that
Mina unnie's birthday is coming up too! You'll be 24 years old?
*Mina nods* Yujin: Happy early birthday!!! It must be awesome to get to promote on your birthday. Mina: Thank you! Bada: I know in general, idols tend to debut very young. Look at our group, we’ve been around for over a year and we still have two minors in our group. I think that also has to do with our concept, but that’s definitely a big difference. Yujin: We’re actually on average the youngest Ever After group, despite us debuting first. But like Bada said, that’s probably due to concept. We can do our fairytale concept with younger members compared to say Mythos's mature mythology concept. Bada: Also like you mentioned, I think training is the biggest difference. LOARA unnies didn’t have to dance at all, and we did it for several hours every day. Yujin: Oh I don’t miss those days! It makes me jealous of Celestia too. Bada: Hmm, but thinking about it, I’m not sure if I would have preferred to learn an
instrument instead of dancing. Yujin: I agree! Xia tried to teach me how to play the guitar and it was soooo difficult! I ended up giving up after a week because it hurt my fingers so much, and it was really tough for me to remember all the cords. Bada: Anyone can learn to dance, but Yujin unnie just proved that not everyone can learn to play an instrument. Yujin: Well everyone can learn to dance, but not always well in our case *giggles*. Bada: Hey, we aren’t that bad! Maybe the worst in the group but we can hold our own. Even Zoe said I was doing well during today’s practice! Yujin: You left out what she said after. ‘Bada unnie you’re doing well…compared to yesterday’. *laughs and claps uncontrollably* Bada: There is a reason why I’m a Main Rapper and not a Main Dancer. *huffs and puts crosses her arms* Yujin: Yah yah, I’m kidding! You are a very good dancer. You would not be in ENCHANTRESS if you weren’t. *hugs Bada*. Mina: Well you're still better than me.. *muttering to herself*
Bada: Let’s go to question number 2! Do you find that your discography is different from an idol groups? Yeongeun: In my opinion every group/artist has their own unique sound. But I also think that LOARA's discography is indeed really different from the usual kpop girl group vibe. We love doing our own unique stuff but we're still taking inspiration from the mainstream kpop, for example we have the b-side "Sweet & Easy" in which we actually tried to show a different side of us, the poppy side. Mina: Credit to Sunye for composing it for us *said in a really fast, cute voice* Yujin: Yeah we definitely focus on different sounds compared to LOARA. Part of it is due to concept, but I think we also focus less on raw instrumentals. Bada: Right, our music incorporates a lot of irregular sounds that can’t be created by a traditional band. But when I listen to LOARA songs, it’s like you’re in the same room as me. That’s something I’ve always admired about bands. Yujin: *nods head* Outside of Xia’s solo, I don’t think we have any songs similar to LOARA's sound. Bada: Yeah even Mythos, which has a more hard core sound doesn’t have anything close to LOARA's. Yujin: We should ask Xia if she can slip in a more rock oriented song into a future album. Probably not though due to our concept. But that would be so fun!
Bada: I think so too! Something else I was wondering is, do you ever wish you produced music like us? Songs that are less intense and heavy on classic instruments? Yeongeun: I think each of us have their own unique style of producing, you can actually see it in our new album, in which each of the songs was written/composed by a different member, Mina actually wrote the lyrics for our new title track. Mina: Oh yes I did *blushing again*. Well in my case I started to work on some songs that are a bit less heavy compared to our usual music, and I hope I'll be able to show it in our next album. Yeongeun: *Nodding* we would love to use your song Mina, maybe we would even do a dance for it. *regretting what she said*
*both laughing in denial* Mina: So ye, we would love to try it sometime. Bada: It can be tough, especially when you're a group so concept heavy like us. But once you get the hang of producing idol songs it's really fun. Yujin: It's such an amazing feeling when a song you worked on makes it onto an album. I think that's something we can all agree on.
*everyone nods in agreement*
Bada: Okay we have one more question for you. I heard a rumor that when bands like LOARA perform on music shows they’re not allowed to play their instruments live. Is that true, and if so how do you feel about that? Yeongeun: Oh wow, I didn't expect this question, this is actually one of the most frustrating things about being in a kband. We've learned our instrument for years, and we're practicing each song for hundreds of hours just for us not being able to even perform it live. Mina: We actually asked our CEO to try and talk to the music shows production team so they would let us play live but they kept saying no to us for some reason.
Luckily we still have our own concerts and performances in which we're performing live on stage and having a great time with each other and the fans. Yujin: Wahh I could never imagine not getting to fully perform! Bada: Right! Even when we have to lip sync due to sickness or something, I feel so empty when on stage. Yujin: We should petition all the production companies to let bands play! Bada: I don’t even see how it could be a set up thing. Because I’m sure idol groups, ourselves included, have had elaborate sets that take so much time to set up then plugging in a few instruments. Yujin: Well we are promoting at the same time. So maybe text me when you’re going on and I’ll argue with the PDs for you! Bada: You will not unless you want us to never perform on that music show again. Yujin: Then I will fight for you in my heart then LOARA unnies! Bada: At 6am today she woke Zoe up, dragged her to the closest album store, waited an hour for it to open, and then became the first person to purchase your album. Well at that store at least. Yujin: She is a super fan. Yeongeun: Can we meet her? Bada: Sure! I'll bring her around one day during promotions. Yujin: I'm sure she'll be more excited to meet LOARA unnies than to perform *laughs* Bada: Going back to the performance, I’m so impressed by your skills unnies!

Check out the new and improved version of ENCHANTRESS's lightstick...Fairybong 2.0!
This new version features a fairy, emphasizing the name of the lightstick.
In addition, ENCHANTRESS's lore involves the members being fairies.
We hope that the use of this lightstick helps to better define the group.
The lightstick flashes gold, pink, and white. All of these colors also have a glittery effect when turned on.
It has a fade, flashing, and alternating color effect. It comes with a glittery gold wrist strap.
I decided to create a new version after posting Mythos's lightstick.
Their lightstick is a lot more elaborate and true to their concept.
The original Fairybong is just a simple pink butterfly.
While this does fit ENCHANTRESS's concept, it doesn't do the group justice.
This lightstick was created through editing and combining elements by me.
