ALL: (Bowing) Welcome to the Glitch Garden! Hello, we are GL/TCHGARDN!
HOST: Wow! I feel like Iโm standing among giants. J-Woo, Joon... are you guys actually 6โ4โ and 6โ3โ, or am I hallucinating?
J-WOO: (Rubbing his neck) I think I grew another centimetre since we debuted. My bed in the dorm is getting a bit small.
JOON: (Nodding) I literally have to duck under doorways now.
HOST: (Laughs) And leading these giants is Jae! As the oldest, you must have your hands full. Is the dorm as intense as your "Frost" choreography?

JOON: We were all exhausted before our evaluation. I woke up at 3:00 AM and saw J-Woo standing in the middle of the room, eyes closed, perfectly performing the chorus of a song in total silence.

[SCENE START]
SETTING: A cramped dressing room at M Countdown. The air is thick with the smell of hairspray and snacks. Racks of stage outfits line the walls.
CAST: JAE, J-WOO, JOON, LEON, and LIAM.
JAE: (Holding the phone camera close to his face, his stage makeup glittering under the harsh lights) Whatโs up, PATCH? We are currently operating on three hours of sleep and pure adrenaline, so we thought weโd show you the chaos weโre carrying around in our bags!
JOON: (Leaning over Jae's shoulder, looking tired but hyped) Or just whatโs left of our sanity.
JAE: (Pulls a professional-looking backpack onto his lap) Since Iโm the leader, I have to take care of the kids. Iโve got a massive thermos of coffee, this is my third one today, and a whole stack of vitamins and throat lozenges. I literally have to force-feed these to the guys so they don't lose their voices mid-performance.
J-WOO: (Sliding a sleek, designer tote bag onto the coffee table. It looks suspiciously light.) My turn. I keep it simple. Iโve got my digital camera and about four different types of lip balm, because the visual needs to stay hydrated! (He reaches deeper and pulls out a vintage knitted beanie.) Oh, and this.
LEON: (Immediately sitting up from the back of the couch, pointing) Hey! J-Woo, thatโs my beanie. Iโve been looking for that since Tuesday. I got that in Japan, man!
J-WOO: (Nonchalant, already putting it on) It was sitting on the chair in the dorm this morning, Leon. It matched my look for the day. Finders keepers.
JAE: (Sighing to the camera) Half of J-Wooโs bag is just stuff he stole from our rooms while we were sleeping.
LEON: (Ignoring J-Woo and dragging a beat-up, oversized duffel bag onto the floor. Itโs covered in street-art stickers.) Whatever. My bag is actually functional. Iโve got my wired headphones; I literally canโt leave the house without these. Iโve also got a spare jersey because I usually sweat through my first one during the choreo.
JOON: (Pointing at a piece of paper sticking out of Leon's bag) Don't forget your map. He carries a printed-out map of the TV station because he refuses to use GPS.
LEON: Getting lost is part of the rebel image, Joon. Speaking of, show them your mess.
JOON: (Unzipping a bright red backpack that smells faintly of snacks) I keep the essentials. Iโve got my notebook filled with messy lyrics that Iโve been scribbling while in the makeup chair. And, most importantly... (He pulls out a giant bag of spicy takis.)
LIAM: (Gasping) Hyung! The stylist is going to kill you if you get red dust on those white stage pants.
JOON: (Already popping one in his mouth) I live dangerously, Liam.
LIAM: (Squeezing a heavy, neatly organized school bag between his feet) Iโm the only one here who actually has a normal bag. Iโve got my massive English Literature textbook and a highlighter because I have to finish a report for my English test tomorrow. My teachers don't care that I'm an idol now. (He pulls out a portable power bank with five different cables sticking out of it.) I also carry this because Iโm the only one who remembers to charge anything. Without me, J-Wooโs phone would have died three hours ago.

J-WOO: (Slumping onto the floor right in front of the lens) Man, I missed you guys. Weโve been so busy with the release that I feel like I haven't seen a screen that wasn't a monitor for three days.
JOON: (Leaning against the couch, chewing on a piece of gum) For real. I woke up today and forgot which room I was in for a second. I thought I was back in the practice room.
LEON: (Nudging Joon with his foot) Thatโs because you fell asleep on the sofa with your shoes on again. (He looks at the camera) Seriously, PATCH, thank you for all of your love for the new music. I was lurking on the forums earlier and seeing people enjoy the tracks really made all the hard work worth it.
LIAM: (Squeezed between Jae and Leon) I was so nervous yesterday. I kept refreshing the comments to see what everyone thought about my parts.You guys loved them! I felt like Iโd passed a huge exam.
JAE: (Laughing) You did pass. But seriously, the feedback has been crazy. We were just at the company and everyone was smiling. Itโs a huge relief.
J-WOO: (Reading the chat) "J-Woo, did you finally give Leon back his beanie?" (He looks at Leon, then back at the camera with a smirk) Nope. Itโs mine now.
LEON: (Sighs) Itโs actually disgusting at this point. Iโm going to have to go through his wardrobe tonight and reclaim it.
JOON: (Grinning) While you guys are fighting over hats, someone is asking about the Shattered MV. "Was the glitch effect real or CGI?"
LEON: (Chuckling) A bit of both? But the funniest part was the strobe scene. We had to dance in total darkness with just those flashes. I actually ended up spinning right into the wall. My head hurt for the whole shoot afterwards.
J-WOO: I thought it was an earthquake! I almost broke character.
LIAM: (Pointing at the screen) "How is dorm life with five people in one apartment?" Oh... where do we start?

LEON: (Nudging Joon with his foot) Thatโs because you fell asleep on the sofa with your shoes on again. (He looks at the camera) Seriously, PATCH, thank you for all of your love for the new music. I was lurking on the forums earlier and seeing people enjoy the tracks really made all the hard work worth it.
LIAM: (Squeezed between Jae and Leon) I was so nervous yesterday. I kept refreshing the comments to see what everyone thought about my parts.You guys loved them! I felt like Iโd passed a huge exam.
JAE: (Laughing) You did pass. But seriously, the feedback has been crazy. We were just at the company and everyone was smiling. Itโs a huge relief.
J-WOO: (Reading the chat) "J-Woo, did you finally give Leon back his beanie?" (He looks at Leon, then back at the camera with a smirk) Nope. Itโs mine now.
LEON: (Sighs) Itโs actually disgusting at this point. Iโm going to have to go through his wardrobe tonight and reclaim it.
JOON: (Grinning) While you guys are fighting over hats, someone is asking about the Shattered MV. "Was the glitch effect real or CGI?"
LEON: (Chuckling) A bit of both? But the funniest part was the strobe scene. We had to dance in total darkness with just those flashes. I actually ended up spinning right into the wall. My head hurt for the whole shoot afterwards.
J-WOO: I thought it was an earthquake! I almost broke character.
LIAM: (Pointing at the screen) "How is dorm life with five people in one apartment?" Oh... where do we start?
JAE: Well, there are two bedrooms, with me, Joon, and Liam in one, and Leon and J-Woo in the other. Oh! Also, we have a rule that whoever wakes up first has to make coffee for everyone, but somehow itโs always me.
JOON: Thatโs because you play the cello at 7:00 AM, hyung! Nobody else is awake enough to even find the kitchen.
J-WOO: And the clothes! I went to find a clean shirt this morning and I found a pair of Leonโs socks in my drawer. Why were they there?
LEON: Because you probably stole them while you were sleep-walking again! J-Woo literally does the choreography in his sleep. I woke up at 3:00 AM and he was doing a TikTok dance while snoring. It was terrifying.
J-WOO: (Embarrassed) No I wasnโt, thatโs a lie!
LIAM: (Softly) Someoneโs asking how schoolโs going. (He sighs and pulls a textbook from behind his back) Unfortunately, I have an essay due Monday. The hyungs promised to help me after the live, but I think Joon is already nodding off.
JOON: (Eyes snapping open) Iโm awake! Iโll help you with the... uh... the history part?
JAE: (Checking the time) Okay, we should probably wrap this up. We have to get up early for dance practice tomorrow.
LEON: (Standing up and stretching) Yeah, my body is aching so much. I need to recharge.
J-WOO: (Grabbing the phone to do a close-up) Bye, PATCH! Keep listening to the EP. Tell us your favorite lyrics! Iโm going to go hide Leonโs shoes now.
LEON: (Diving for him) Don't you dare!
JAE: (Waving as chaos breaks out behind him) Thanks for everything, PATCH! We love you! See you in the Garden!
