I love distancing myself away from my dad & avoiding him
we are at mcdonalds and this van honked their horn at a car that did nothing and ig the van wanted the car to move, the van almost wrecked into the back of the car and I think he might of swore and flipped the person in the car off, and turned and I thought he was leaving, passed the car and started pointing fingers at her and finally left

Personally, I'd like to say that I've lived my life in a perfectly stress-free, and strain-free environment — so — I don't think that I've had any mental, physical, or spiritual health issues’ - like, ever - in my life ! !
However, I'd like to give a few insights’ on how to overcome the pertinent issues’ — as — I've researched a lot regarding this matter ! !
So.. .. I'd like to assert that the root of all diseases, and disorders’ - are technically - emotional disturbances.
Have you guys’ seen that highly positive people are largely immune to all kinds of disease? And - disorders’ ?
Breakin’ the word “disease” we get —->>>> dis + ease or dis-ease = which is indicative of a state of a lack of “ease” pertaining all situations’.. in addition to that.. .. the word “disorder” we get —->>>> dis + order or dis-order = which is indicative of a state of a lack of “harmony” or “order” in a certain individuals life.
So.. Eat Healthy ! ! Clean, and Tidy up the house ! ! Try be happy always and every time ! ! Concentrate the thoughts’ on things that make you happy ! ! The more we concentrate on the positive - the more positive things’ happen in our lives - and the more luscious, and exuberance - our personalities'll be ! !
Try to avoid toxic|negative people as well ! ! Try to take action on all goals’, dreams, and desires - with a positive mindset ! !
If observe the most successful and wealthiest individuals on the planet earth — they are all overflowing with the magical mineralized miraculous spiritual citricicied water gellies of happiness, and the positivity ! !
Self Care + Self Love + Positivity = is the KEY ! ! to living a perfectly happy, and vibrant life ! !

and now my mom is leaving at almost 10 pm to get lice treatment..after my head has been so itchy for a month..
i had lice the whole time.

Oh goodness! Did you share a brush or something with someone else who had it? Lice are also known to jump from one person’s head to another, so that could have happened too, if you were close to anyone with lice.after my head has been so itchy for a month..

More than likely one of your friends or all of them had it and if your heads were close enough, it probably jumped. The lice treatment should take care of it though.

I remember when I was in fourth grade, my family and I were gonna go on vacation and literally the night before we left we found out I had lice -.-
so we couldn't even end up going since we didn't want to get lice in the rental house we bought
good luck tho hopefully things arent that bad (or as bad as I remember..)!
im doing a lot better now, my mom was able to get most of it out <33

Whether it's by talking to them, letting them vent, or just simply being there for them.
And there is always one person that never gets any help at all,
The Helper.
You see, The Helper was made just to help others.
The Helper never asks for help.
Because they are The Helper.
The Helper never gets comfort.
Because they are The Helper.
The Helper is supposed to help.
Not let other people help them.
This means if someone ever asks The Helper if they are okay, they simply say,
“I’m fine” or “Yup I’m okay”.
Words that will be forever be most used by The Helper.
Because The Helper deep down needs the most help.
But they push others away.
They are too busy helping other people to even take time for themselves.
And nobody bothers to ask if they are okay more than once.
The Helper has millions of problems of their own, but they choose to suffer in silence.
Do all the people they help do anything for them in return?
Barely.
A few occasional,
“Hey how’ve you been?” or “You doing okay?”
But The Helper never answers honestly.
Because they don't want to worry others.
