Touch… as in make emotional/speechless? I’d probably have to say Wheein. She is one of the only singers who’s successfully made me cry from her voice. She’s so emotive when she sings.
I also think both DAVICHI girls are incredible singers. If you like ballads but don’t know their music you should 100% check them out! I recommend ‘Dear’
