While I was making the spreadsheet, I couldn't find anything to suggest the RO5EY stage names were claimed, but if you want me to add them I can do that! Since RO5EY existed first you'll be given priority

Both Aisha and Yiren have been used (Aisha in Eclipse, Yiren in ROBO:5). From what I could see, Eclipse never “claimed” Aisha, just used her, while ROBO:5 is currently an inactive artist. Technically you can use either of these face claims but you’d have to do so with the knowledge either of these creators also have the right to use the face as well, as they’ve used them for longer

Many of Dazzzle's fc were never "claimed" so I'm going to "claim" them but I don't know what to do about them
The ones in bold I dont think we have the claim to
So I just wanted to know what to do with the claims that we don't have/are being used
HOwever I think most of the claims we used first we just never posted them in the thread.

Any that you claimed first will automatically fall under your claim. But it just means any other creators who have used the same claim won’t be penalised for it as they weren’t aware the face was “claimed”

I checked the database and it looks like chaewon, sumin, sana, and Yuju were officially claimed by dazzzle.
I think it's okay to use Yena because the person who claimed said they didn't care if they were used. They also havent been active for like 2 months. You won't be able to officially claim her but you can use her.
Chaeyoung has been claimed by WednesdaysChildIsFullOfWoe so you would have to negotiate with them.
Soojin has been claimed by ivediveyyy so you would have to negotiate with them.
Hannah Bahng , Chuu, and Jhene Aiko haven't been claimed by others so you could claim those.
