Hello! I'm looking for some help understanding this part in the lyrics of 'PANDORA' (at 02:34):

My first thought was that it was a reference to the French Résistance during WW2 since it's a French word with a capital 'R', but it doesn't fit French and Eglish grammar rules so I can't be sure... so I decided to ask on a forum to people with more knowledge about the subject... can you help me confirm it? or explain it to me?
