An article was recently released stating that a representative of that sh*thole complained that the boys never reached out to them seeking rights for the trademark and that they intend to renew their ownership over that name.
They put them through hell and back and continue to cause them discomfort even now that they're shut down. I'm wondering how an allegedly closed company can do what they're claiming so I'm doubting the reliability of this article though I know it can be true.
So whatever happens in the future, even if they can't use their old name anymore what's important is that they're back and hopefully give us more new releases with maknae Zelo too

as soon as I saw the artist name being displayed as BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON instead of B.A.P I immediately thought that TS Ent had something to do with it.
this company has no shame. after working them like crazy and not paying them, after mistreating them like that and causing them to pause their careers when they had so many fans, they still have the audacy to interfere with their life again... no comment.
TS Ent shut down in Jan 2021, so your point is a good one... could they still renew their ownership over the B.A.P name? but I have no idea how the Korean laws are.
ironically, if they weren't so greedy and would have actually properly paid their artists (and avoid so many lawsuits) TS could have became one of Korean's biggest company, as BigHit did, as when their lawsuits started, their artists were trending.

Their CEO has passed so I've no idea who's going to renew for the ownership of the name but the rep said that's what they're planning. Apparently they can do that, even now that they're no longer an active company since they're the ones who "created" it therefore they're the "legal owners".
It's dumb and unethical once more of their part. They never cared about B.A.P, they sold their MAMA award trophy at a second-hand store for 4 dollars! It's outrageous how awful they are. Even if they try to claim it, it will only be to torment the boys again.
Key word, greedy. That's exactly what resulted to their downfall. And yes, they would've been massive if they weren't so stupid but they were only interested in their profit pushing away every ounce of humanity.
