Even I was skeptical at first, especially being a new fan of BIGBANG, so I looked into it. I later found out the real truth of the Burning Sun scandal through articles (they're credible since they are actually in Korean and come from Naver).

So, what actually happened in the Burning Sun scandal was that the "victim," Kim Sang-kyo, told the media that he was being assaulted by the security guards and police for protecting a woman from being sent for prostitution. But what actually happened was KSK was the one harassing and assaulting the woman, so the security guards tried to kick him out. When he resisted, they called the police and held him down while they arrived. When the police came, KSK became aggressive, so they had to use force. All this was caught on video tape. The woman he harassed actually came forward to file a lawsuit against him. Seungri was implicated in this scandal because he is the face of Burning Sun, even though he only owns 15% of another person's 20% in stocks (which is about 3-5%). As for the Molka Chats, they were photoshopped by a lawyer, who is currently being charged for doing it as we speak right now. (Also YG's tax evasion scandal has been proven false, but the company does have to pay a tax, which claims they aren't doing anything illegally)

But didn’t Seungri get involved in having sex or doing inappropriate things with women and sh*t?

No, from what I've seen, it's just the people he was associated with in business like Jung Joon-young. I can ask a VVIP I follow for more information. She made a website with all the sources compiled in it
