It’s some Samsung type of phone. Not a galaxy but something under the Samsung line. She’s already been caught watching things she isn’t supposed to, like Squid Games, and listening to music she isn’t supposed to, like Cardi B & other artists like that but most of that she gets from her mom cause her mom plays music that talks about fucking women & selling drugs

I fear for what she's going to find on her own if that's what she's already been exposed to.

yeah, this feels like a very "disappointed but not surprised" situation. i can only hope its like a flip phone or smth bc if shes left to her own devices completely I FEAR for what that poor kid's gonna see. kids content is screwy.

And she watched TikToks and tries to do the dances & her mom is already letting her wear “kids makeup” and dress with crop tops & booty shorts. I caught her one day here recently trying to teach my daughter, whose 4, a tiktok dance that involves twerking & when I tell y’all I never wanted to beat another kid as bad as I did that day. I had to have my mom come get her because if she didn’t, I was about to put my hands on her

Yes it is. Honestly I could talk about how f’ed up my cousins parenting skills are for days. She taught her daughter how to fist fight at 2 years old, she smokes weed in front of her, a friend of hers has had a gun around her etc etc

No way in hell my cousin really opened a phone line for her 7 year old daughter because she was tired of her using her phone to call and text her friends I can not make this shit up

that's just. wow. i didn't even get a phone until less than a year ago (like, 7-8 months ago) at 16. a 7 yr old has no business having a phone. there are so many fucked up things on the internet that could literally change a child's life. and how's she gonna be calling calling/texting her friends every time she wants? wouldn't they be using their parent's phones?? i hope the best for the 7 yr old; she's being exposed to so many inappropriate things through no fault of her own. kids are natural copycats, anyway. if they see someone else do smth, they're gonna do it. smh

and unlike w child movie stars, they aren't any laws protecting child social media stars, or their money. so, if a parent makes money by posting their child online, there aren't any laws to make sure the child gets at least some of that money. it's sickening how many ppl exploit their children, and how far they're willing to go

Apparently playing video games has an age limit now.

I’m so irritated. My brother downloaded The Sims 4 on our PS4 because I don’t have the game and I’m super excited about it but then, of course, my mom had to say something.

She goes “you’re 31 years old, you’re too old to be playing video games, you should be focusing on helping me clean house.”

Which, I already do, I may not do a good enough job as she likes or it might not be up to her standards, but I do help out.

But she just kept going on about how I’m too old for video games and I just want to use it as an excuse to not do anything and I was like “if we’re going by that logic, then dad and Joray(my brother) are too old to play video games and they should be focusing on their jobs and not games.”

Naturally she goes, “they do focus on their jobs and that’s why they deserve to come home and rest and relax and play video games.”

So I told her “just admit it, you don’t want me to have any fun or any down time.”

Then she has the fucking audacity to tell me to “calm down and quit being dramatic” I was fucking calm until you started your shit.

now I don’t even feel like playing the damn game because I know she’s going to start her shit when I do and it’s going to ruin the whole experience.

now I’m just in a pissed off and sad mood.
