yeah, you're right. i didn't even listen to soloists until a few years into liking kpopI agree. I think groups are just more entertaining then soloist. Plus, new K-pop fans are most likely to have a K-pop group as their first K-pop song, and don't pay attention much to soloist or even know them, until later.
