Our neighbors directly across from us don’t deserve to have animals and i mean this with all due respect.

Earlier today my mom witnessed our neighbor’s teenage son beating their dog in their front yard. In the cold & snow. It’s been snowing all day since 1:15pm & this was around 3pm? The teenager was wearing shorts and T-shirt, which really doesn’t matter but at the same time I hope he got frostbite because he deserves worse.

She said he was beating the dog with a closed fist and stomping on it’s back, and the dog was just lying there, not fighting back or anything, so she came to the front door and was going to yell at him to knock it off, but by the time she got there, he had drug the dog back inside.

The other day when my mom came back from picking my son up from school, the dog had gotten out and was aggressively barking at a couple of neighbor kids who walked past and the same teen boy came out and started yelling at the dog, who lowered down as if she/he was scared, then the teen grabbed her/him by the collar and drug them across the ground and to the backyard.

This is the same neighbor’s who had the two kittens that we now have. Back in December, a kitten showed up on our back porch and we took him in. We weren’t sure where he came from but the next morning my dad let him outside to do his business and one of the men who live in the house across the street came out and the kitten spotted him and got down low, as if trying to hide, and then when the man got in his car and started blasting his music, the kitten flattened itself out and kind of slithered it’s way back up to our door to be let back in.

A couple weeks after that, like right before Christmas, my dad and my daughter went to check the mail and they heard a distressed meow coming from somewhere and low and behold, a small girl kitten comes walking out from under our neighbor’s car, where she had been all night, and slowly approached my dad and my daughter. My dad said when he picked her up, she was shaking and shivering so badly, he thought she was on the verge of death.

Before anyone asks “how do you know she was out all night” she was. The day before my parents and my daughter had gone out to eat & when we came back from the restaurant, the same exact girl kitten was sitting under the neighbor’s car and when the occupants of the house went back inside, she followed but they closed the door on her, so trust me, she was left outside in 15 degree weather all night.

We’ve been seeing another kitten or a cat, bigger than the male kitten we have now, over there lately, but my dad already said if he/she shows up on our door, we’re not taking it in.

I feel bad for the poor dog :/ and I feel like the other kids in the neighborhood (not including my two kids because I don’t let them play out in the front yard) are also in on the abuse of that poor dog, because there should be no reason for him/her to be barking aggressively at two kids who are walking down the street (and not even notice my son, thank god, but the dog has barked at me before, but not an aggressive bark but more of an “alert” bark, like most dogs do)

people deserve to be treated the way they treat animals.

my girlfrirend bought us all dinner on uber eats from a high end restaraunt and i never got my fucking food. so shes getting me panda express :) but what the fuck that was TWENTY OLLARS

and as someone who works at a restaurant, that usually happens something like this:
delivery worker: is this everything?
employee who didn't check and doesn't care: yeah
customer: *missing food*
employee who told the other employee it wasn't ready:
