you know, now that i think abt it, i've never seen someone who ults a soloist... like, i've seen ppl w multiple ults have a soloist in there, but never someone w a soloist as their ult of ults
Yessss! Literally. I ult a soloist, but isn't my ult of ults. I don't think any K-pop stan ults a soloist. Just groups, I guess.

maybe bc groups tend to be more popular? and even most of the popular soloists used to be part of a group, with the exception of maybe iu and boa, but they're not as popular among newer kpop fans. like, hyuna, chungha, kang daniel, sunmi, jeon somi all used to be in groups, plus the ex-izone girls
I agree. I think groups are just more entertaining then soloist. Plus, new K-pop fans are most likely to have a K-pop group as their first K-pop song, and don't pay attention much to soloist or even know them, until later.
