Both, technically. However Johnny was proved right on all three of his charges, meanwhile Heard only won $2 million due to one of the comments Depp's lawyer made being defamatory. Furthermore, she probably won't even see the money as she doesn't have the money. It's speculated that she'll have to declare bankruptcy because she can't pay the money won by Johnny Depp.
