Last night I ended up thinking of the effectiveness of torture methods and im a bit concerned

Things i've done during quarantine:

-tried to k word myself twice
-cut out some toxic people
-cut my hair short
-bleached my hair
-dyed it green/blue
-bleached it again
-dyed it blue green again
-repierced my navel, the top and the bottom
-dyed my hair purpleish
-got laid but it sucked so imma pretend it didn't happen for the sake of myself
