On September 26, it has been reported by a media outlet that a phone conversation took place back in January 2019 between the executive of TS Entertainment, identified as “Kim” and a road manager called “Shin”, regarding Shin, D.Action and Sleepy’s use of using the company’s van. Shin, D.Action and Sleepy attempted to contact the executive about this, which Kim (the executive) eventually got extremely outraged, and he began to curse at them as he go.


"I'm gonna go and shut you down ****. Hyung **** was **** in the military. You thought I was nothing but **** water or something because I was staying quiet. **** got all big because he's been on broadcasts, I'm gonna have to put him down for this **** to realize he's messing with the wrong idiot. This ****." — the executive (Kim)


TS Entertainment is right now facing such legal disputes over their artists' exclusive contracts including Sleepy, members of Sonamoo etc.
