adding onto what someone else said, i feel like it wouldn't be a bad Idea to add kind of a discord inspired feature where you have to have lets say the "trans" tag to talk in a "trans people rants" section

like how on discord if you don't have the "18+" age tag then you can't see nsfw areas

yess! there's already a tag feature on the forums so you wouldn't even need to do anything new! im all in favor of this!

GOOD MORNING FORUMS this is a rant thing so it won't really make any sense ig but-
seeing as we now have a literal 7 y/o on the forums i think it needs to be said that you shouldn't be telling them about things like wattpad and telling them about songs like love talk. i mean for one, wattpad has literal written porn, and love talk is about?? sex??? why would you tell them about that stuff?? the kid did no wrong of course, it's the people on here that are in the wrong (not talking about anything in particular because it's a group of people i'm upset with.)
if you were their parents, wouldn't you be pissed that strangers on the internet are telling them about stuff they shouldn't even know about till they're older and have had time to mature mentally???? this is a kid for gods sake. don't tell them about sites with porn and such, don't introduce them to sexual songs they shouldn't be listening to. it's not a joke, even if you claim it is. thank u.​

This is my thought as well.. regardless of actual age, some one who truly believes they are 7 years old will also have that mindset and information like that can be just as shocking.

genuine question and not meaning to be rude but even with the SLIGHTEST of chance that they are 7 there is no concern in your mind that they are being exposed to this type of material??
personally observing their speech and mannerisms I believe it is not true that they are 7 and as someone said is simply someone using a form of age regression or possible a ploy to get attention but regardless people are speaking to them with the mindset that they are a child. Whether behind their screen they are a 54 year old white man or not the people bringing up these topics with them are saying it with the thought that a child is reading it. I just feel like all social platforms there should be a 13 year age limit (like the ones on instagram,twitter,discord). It's common sense, as someone who didn't even have a phone until I was 15 I was lucky to not be exposed to the things on here at a early age and I am grateful. If they are genuinely 7 I hope their parents realize what they are doing is not in the best interest of their child.

I think each younger kid generation is getting more and more introduced to stuff like nsfw things which leads to them knowing stuff and whatnot then they start cursing. Idk who the 7 yro is but after reading all the 3 pages it's either age regression or them faking it to cause drama or a really smart kid who knows stuff or just has a bit too much freedom to look at stuff like this and sign up.

More then likely that user isn’t actually 7 and is just using that age to get attention & to get everyone worked up. I don’t know of any 7 year old who can type out paragraphs correctly without any errors either, my 8 year old can’t even do that let alone read a full paragraph. So that’s just my thoughts on the whole thing.

yes, i agree that kids who are seeing stuff like this shouldn't see that.

but, i still don't understand why are y'all talking about this? i mean the kid's parents have to control what they see, and only parents should handle this kind of stuff here. yes, that's not a very good situation, but we can't do anything about that.

If someone doesn’t read the rules but decides to break them anyway, they are not exempt from any consequences they may face for breaking the rule.
