LOOSSEMBLE (Hyeju, Yeonjin, Gowon, Vivi, Hyunjin) will get to keep their team name.

Blockberry Creative filed a civil lawsuit against CTDENM to the effect that entertainment activities should not be conducted using the same or similar phrases as "LOONA", "LOONA ASSEMBLE", and "LOOSSEMBLE".

However, the court's decision will allow Loossemble to continue using the new name. In addition, a green light was given to Loossemble's domestic activities.
