Event staff at the Changwon K-POP World Festival 2019 have revealed their amazement at how well ITZY treated them. The guard assigned to ITZY's dressing room revealed in a Twitter post that one member, Yuna, approached him and offered him a snack. As he was surprised, the other ITZY members appeared and told him they found his reaction cute. Chaeryong also tried to give the staff ice cream which they had to turn down as they were on duty. The guard also mentioned that all members were very nice and polite, greeting everyone and saying "hello" and "thank you".
