there's a few playlists on spotify that have instrumentals of several artists, if you search "kpop instrumental" they should show up. i sometimes look them up when i want background noise.

Onewe has an instrumental version of Regulus (also, good call on the Dreamcatcher instros... )...

Any Red Velvet's instrumental, they're always filled with some interesting stuff that you don't really hear while listening to the song with vocals. I recommend Rookie and Bad Boy's instrumentals the most
