I’m gonna start off with mine.
Ultimate bias: Hyeongjun
(Dongpyo was my ult and Hyeongjun was my 2nd bias, but now it’s switched to Hyeongjun becoming my ult now and Dongpyo being my 2nd bias lol~)
To start off, I didn’t actually watch the whole show of PDX101. I’ve only seen some parts of the episodes featuring with the trainees that first caught my attention via instagram (in their fan accounts) and on youtube.
My first impression of my ultimate bias:
So I first stumbled across with this one video of a young-looking boy, being a contestant of the show crying after he was announced as 3rd place during the first elimination. When I first heard his ‘babyish’ crying sounds, it kinda put me off. I usually hate it when people, especially those that are older cry like that lol~ And by the time he got to say his speech, especially during the second half of his speech was when he started to cry again whilst speaking, and at that time I got a little uncomfortable and frustrated listening to him cause the way he cried sounded pretty whiny and childish to me, but it was also quite funny at the same time
. So at that time, I thought that he was going to be just an another typical pointless brat with a childish and fake personality that likes to seek attention just for popularity, and I thought that I was never ever going to like him nor support him even if he made it to the group. But boy, he proved me wrong, and I discovered that his full name is Song Hyeongjun.
After that, I started looking onto his fan accounts on instagram just to see the videos and pictures of him that they’ve posted just for fun and also looking up some facts about him, but I still wasn’t into him until.. a day later, was when I decided to search up the same video again on YouTube (the video of Hyeongjun crying when he was ranked 3rd) and watch it again to see if my mindset would change with the way I’ve reacted to him for the first time. And then when I read through the comments that the majority were saying regarding this, I began to understood him a lot more, which is also when I found out that he’s actually a really sweet, empathetic and caring person even towards other trainees that didnt make it into the top 60. Like the way he was very considerate on what exactly he had to say throughout his speech with such sincere words, and it shows of how much potential he has and the determination that he is striving for. As a result, I felt so bad for the way I first reacted to him earlier on despite thinking that he was actually the complete opposite. And he suddenly became one of my picks from the show. After that, I started watching other videos of him including his past videos of him in a dance crew and I was so captivated by the way he controls his body, his dance movements and his confidence of dancing to girl groups exactly the way it is without trying to alter it into a boy version (yaaass Hyeongjun said toxic masculinity who?), also by the fact that he is able to dance to any concepts whether its cute, sexy, badass etc.
Throughout the last few episodes, I’ve been rooting for him as well as the 2 other trainees that also caught my attention; Yohan and Dongpyo, to be in the final lineup of the group non-stop. And thank god, all 3 of them have made it! Plus, they deserved it and so did the rest of the trainees that got into the finals as well!
now despite Hyeongjun being my ultimate bias, I’m so proud of him with the hardworking that he had paid off despite being the leader of the X class and getting into the top 10 at every single episode. He is so gorgeous, and is getting more mature, plus his dancing and his body line are perfect and beautiful as always!

Feel free to share your first impression of your current ultimate bias!
It can be either long or short, it’s fine.
