HON-NO / IZA!! (IN-STINCT / C'MON!!) is the fourth major single released by EMPiRE. It was announced during their EMPiRE'S GREATEST PARTY -EAT SLEEP EMPiRE REPEAT- live on March 19th, and released on May 12th, 2021.

"HON-NO" is the opening theme to the Netflix anime, "High-Rise Invasion".

The track "HON-NO" was released digitally on April 12th, with IZA!! following on May 11th, a day before the single's official release.
