EMPiRE DOPE MAGiC TOUR was a hall tour performed by EMPiRE from April 10th to June 2nd, 2022, and their final concert tour entirely. The June 2nd finale served as the group's disbandment concert.

Nee (ねぇ ; Hey) is a digital single released by EMPiRE on April 7th, 2022. It was their final release before announcing their disbandment and rebranding to ExWHYZ a month later, and is included on their final EP, THE FiNAL EMPiRE.

THE FiNAL EMPiRE -EMPiRE DOPE MAGiC TOUR 2022.06.02 at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA- is a home video release of EMPiRE's disbandment live, the finale of their EMPiRE DOPE MAGiC TOUR, which originally took place on June 2nd, 2022. The home video release of this recording was announced the day before EMPiRE's disbandment and subsequent final show.

THE FiNAL EMPiRE is a digital EP released by EMPiRE, and their final release before rebranding as ExWHYZ. The EP was released on August 17th, 2022, and includes the contents of the bonus CD included with limited editions of THE FiNAL EMPiRE -EMPiRE DOPE MAGiC TOUR 2022.06.02 at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA-.

On June 2, 2022 the group held their final concert as Empire. It was announced at the concert that they would re-debut as members of ExWhyZ under EMI Records later that year.

Moto-EMPiRE Nari no Last Tour (元EMPiREなりのラストツアー; Last tour in the form of ex-EMPiRE) was EMPiRE's official farewell tour, taking place from July 21st to August 18th, 2022.

Due to the sudden nature of EMPiRE's disbandment and rebranding into ExWHYZ, the tour took place after EMPiRE had already disbanded (even being announced at their breakup concert) and as such, the group performed as "Ex-EMPiRE" (元EMPiRE). Upon the finale, the activities of ExWHYZ finally began.

xYZ is the first album released by ExWHYZ. It was released on November 2nd, 2022 on CD, DVD and Blu-Ray.

Included with the DVD and Blu-Ray is a documentary film, "The Birth of ExWHYZ", covering EMPiRE's disbandment and rebranding as ExWHYZ. The Blu-Ray also includes a 50-page photobook.

As she was on hiatus for health reasons at the time, midoriko was absent for the album.
